Development Servers means unique CPUs or computer servers owned or controlled by Licensee. During the Trial Term, the "Licensed Number of Development Servers" shall be one (1). During any Commercial Term, the "Licensed Number of Development Servers" shall be equal to the number of Development Servers for which a License Fee has been received by JNBridge.

Examples of Development Servers in a sentence

  • You may only install the Font Software on the Licensed Servers and Development Servers and not on any other computer or processing unit.

  • All payments of License Fees shall identify the Licensed Number of Development Servers and Licensed Number of Deployment Servers to which the License Fee applies and shall otherwise be made in the form and to the address set forth on the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ web site.

  • HortonWorks will have the right to use the Development Servers solely for the purposes set forth in Exhibit D (Development Cluster Services) and may not use the Development Servers for any other purpose.

  • Yahoo will provide HortonWorks with access to certain owned or leased Development Servers.

  • Yahoo will solely determine the environment for the Development Servers made available to HortonWorks, including the network backbone and topology, placement, physical location, machine type, configuration, capital expenditures, and other matters.

  • Yahoo will provide access to the Development Servers in accordance with this Agreement (including Section 11 (Site Access and Data Security) and Exhibit E (Information Security Terms)) to qualified HortonWorks Personnel with a valid business need to access the Development Servers.
