Development Requirement definition

Development Requirement means a requirement attached to a developmental approval or other governmental action approving or authorizing a particular development project including, but not limited to a rezoning, which requirement compels the payment, dedication or contribution of goods, services, land or money as condition of approval.

This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
