Development Pipeline definition

Development Pipeline has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(c).
Development Pipeline means approved, not sunsetted, and unbuilt lots for which there is an entitlement and expectation of use of the City of Brandon wastewater and/or water capacity for development projects of any type that are approved and under construction and bound by a Development Agreement;
Development Pipeline means all Projects where Developer is solely or jointly responsible for obtaining or providing equity financing, except any Project which pursuant to Section 2.2 is not subject to Section 2.1. ​ ​

  • Co-generation means the sequential production of electricity

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
