C1.1 In the event of ambiguities, conflicts, or inconsistencies between or among this Assignable Subcontractor Agreement and the Development Phase Agreement, this Assignable Subcontractor Agreement shall prevail.
In the event that an Enrollee is in an ongoing course of treatment with another Participating Provider who becomes unavailable to continue to provide SECTION 21 (PROVIDER NETWORK AND AGREEMENTS) OCTOBER 1, 2004 21-6 services to such Enrollee, the Contractor shall provide written notice to the Enrollee within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the Contractor becomes aware of the Participating Provider's unavailability to the Enrollee.

A1.1 Capitalized terms used in this Assignable Subcontractor Agreement shall have meanings given to them in the Development Phase Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated in this Assignable Subcontractor Agreement.
Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Development Phase Agreement.
