Development Incentive means any state program providing a grant or loan that
Development Incentive means, subject to the Development Incentive Cap and the Term of the Agreement, fifty percent (50%) of Tax Revenue received by the City from the Business on the Property for an Annual Period beginning with the Incentive Commencement Date.
Development Incentive means the reimbursement of eligible redevelopment project costs that will be paid to Developer as set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Upon termination by the Executive as provided in this Section 6(d), all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall thereupon immediately terminate other than any obligations with respect to earned but unpaid Base Salary and any payments of technology incentive compensation under the Technology Development Incentive Plan.

More Definitions of Development Incentive

Development Incentive means the Loan and Assistance in Development Financing required to bridge a gap in financing needed to make the Project possible, which incentive is provided through a tax increment allocation of an amount not- to-exceed $1,375,000 for this Project.
