Development Improvements definition

Development Improvements means _. “Effective Date” has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble. “Eligible Homes” means .
Development Improvements means the buildings and other structures and facilities to be situated upon the Development Land and any owned or leased personal property or trade fixtures and equipment situated thereon, but excluding the Development Land.
Development Improvements means any one of the Affordable Development Improvements or the Market Rate Development Improvements, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, improvements to the Commercial Parcel, Civic Parcel and Plaza Parcel are all excluded from the definition of "Development Improvements."

Examples of Development Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer shall prepare and, after consultation with and feedback from the Authority’s Executive Director, submit to the Director and thereafter to the City Council, a written report on the performance of the Remainder Cells Remedial Systems (during the warranty period provided in the Option Agreement), BPS, Site Development Improvements, Offsite Improvements, and/or the Project, and identify any deficiencies and explain why such deficiencies have occurred and Developer’s plan to correct them.

  • The Schedule of Performance sets forth the plan for the schedule of construction of the Project, the Remainder Cells Remedial Systems, BPS, and the Site Development Improvements including needed construction access prior to commencement of construction.

  • The Schedule of Performance attached as Exhibit H sets forth the anticipated schedule for construction of the Project, the Remainder Cells Remedial Systems, the Site Development Improvements, the BPS and the Offsite Improvements.

  • The Project, Remainder Cells Remedial Systems, BPS, Site Development Improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the Schedule of Performance set forth on Exhibit H, as the same may be extended or modified pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, City will not pay any real and/or personal property taxes concerning or related to the Development Improvements or Right-of-Way.


More Definitions of Development Improvements

Development Improvements means service connections respecting all municipal services that are needed to fully service the Lands; site stripping as contemplated by section 3.01 (g) hereof;
Development Improvements for the purposes of this section shall include those portions of Public Infrastructure and certain approved site improvements, including, but not limited to, signage, landscaping, and other site improvements, as approved by the City Council and described in an amendment or addendum that complies with Section 11 of this MDA. Upon approval of any Development Application by the City for the Property or any portion thereof, the City shall provide for the reimbursement of those actual construction costs incurred for the Development Improvements as provided in this section 7.3.
Development Improvements means all improvements to the TIF Parcel.
