  • If at the end of any Calendar Year the amount of cash in the Airport Development Fund Account exceeds $15,000,000, such excess amount shall be transferred to the Operation and Maintenance Fund and will be refunded by check written from the Operation and Maintenance Fund as an Operation and Maintenance Expense within 60 days following the completion of the year-end settlement calculation.

  • The maximum amount that may be held in the Airport Development Fund Account from time to time is $15,000,000; provided, that if amounts on deposit in the ADFA are less than $15,000,000 at any time, deposits will continue to be made to the ADFA.
