Development Functions means those obligations, responsibilities and functions of Developer set forth in this Agreement.

  • Developer hereby accepts such engagement and hereby agrees to diligently perform its duties and the Development Functions hereunder, which performance shall be carried out in a manner at least equal to the standard of care and quality of services rendered by the leading and most reputable companies performing the same or similar type professional services in connection with institutional grade multifamily apartments in the area of the Property.
