Development Efforts definition

Development Efforts means all reasonable steps taken in, towards or in furtherance of the development of additional Burger King restaurants (other than the Restaurants), and all materials, correspondence, files or other information or media, however stored, regarding same, where the locations and development plans for such restaurants (other than the Restaurants) have been approved by Purchaser within 10 days following the date of this Agreement (for Development Efforts made prior to or within 10 days following the date of this Agreement) or afterwards in advance thereof.

Development Efforts means the amount of effort made by deCODE pursuant to any Research Project to contribute to the overall research or development of Diagnostic Products from such Research Project; and shall be determined by the Steering Committee at the time of the approval of each Annual Research Plan for such Research Project, based on the amount of work allocated to deCODE under such Annual Research Plan and any preceding Annual Research Plans for a particular Research Project. Related to Development Efforts

  • Diligent Efforts means, with respect to a Party’s obligations hereunder, the carrying out of obligations or tasks in a sustained manner consistent with the efforts a Party devotes to a research, development or marketing project for a pharmaceutical product or products of similar market potential, profit potential or strategic value resulting from its own research efforts, based on conditions then prevailing, which efforts shall in any event be no less than those which would be considered reasonable in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;
