Development Drilling means all drilling and completing, or plugging and abandoning (after a determination that a well is not a Commercial Well), of a Production Partnership Well drilled to the same reservoir from which another well or other wells on a Lease or an offset Lease ▇▇▇ being produced, or the recompletion of an existing Production Partnership Well; provided, however, that Development Drilling shall not include any Identified Development Drilling.
