Development Cost Charges (DCCs) definition

Development Cost Charges (DCCs) means charges imposed on development projects for the purpose of providing funds to assist local government to pay the capital costs for infrastructure and open space to service, directly or indirectly, the development/growth for which the charges are being imposed.
