Developer’s Rights definition

Developer’s Rights all special rights and privileges of Borrower under any declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and/or other documents governing the Real Property which are not enjoyed by all other owners of portions of the Real Property.
Developer’s Rights means and refer to all of Seller’s rights as declarant or otherwise under any restrictive covenants or other agreements or documents of any kind or nature relating to or concerning all or any portion of the Property.
Developer’s Rights means and refer to all of Assignor’s rights as declarant or otherwise under any restrictive covenants or other agreements or documents of any kind or nature relating to or concerning all or any portion of the Real Property.

Examples of Developer’s Rights in a sentence

  • If all or any portion of the Project Site is transferred by Developer (“Transferred Property”) to any person or entity (a “Transferee”) the Transferee shall succeed to all of Developer’s Rights under this Agreement regarding the Transferred Property.

  • The Council has consented to the transfer of the Existing Developer’s Rights and Obligations to the New Developer and the parties have agreed to enter into this Deed to give effect to their common intentions.

Related to Developer’s Rights

  • Access Rights means licences and user rights to foreground or background;

  • Rights means, with respect to any Person, warrants, options, rights, convertible securities and other arrangements or commitments which obligate the Person to issue or dispose of any of its capital stock or other ownership interests.

  • Creditors’ Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Intellectual Property Rights shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(p).
