Developer Workstation definition

Developer Workstation means a developer's workstation, laptop and/or home computer used to perform the development work using the Software.
Developer Workstation means a Workstation that is used by Customer to develop those parts of the End-user Application that directly interact with the Software. Discount Means an Option that decreases the prices as set out in the Annex by a percentage.

  • If Red Hat determines that any of the Red Hat Enterprise Developer Workstation or Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Support Subscription services or software provided hereunder is being used to support software obtained from community sites, Red Hat may, without limiting its other rights or remedies, immediately suspend performance and/or terminate the Agreement.

  • For Red Hat Enterprise Developer Workstation or Developer Support Subscriptions, you may contact Red Hat through your designated Developer Support Contact(s).

  • Red Hat Enterprise Developer Workstation or Developer Support Subscriptions are intended for Development Purposes only.

  • Use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Workstation or Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Support Subscriptions for Production Purposes is not a supported use case.

  • Red Hat will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Red Hat Enterprise Developer Workstation or Developer Support Subscription Services in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Table 5.2. Related to Developer Workstation

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
