Developer Reimbursement definition

Developer Reimbursement in the amount of one and three quarters percent (1.75%) of the Purchase Price, including any charges for option or extras now or hereafter contracted for which are not included in the Purchase Price.

Examples of Developer Reimbursement in a sentence

  • Any repayment shall comply with the Section 2 Developer Reimbursement.

  • When the services benefit any benefitting Third-Party Lands, the City shall repay the Developer in accordance with Section 3 – Developer Reimbursement.
