Developer Product definition

Developer Product means Your own applications that incorporate Derivative Software and do not substantially duplicate the capabilities or compete with the Derivative Software or the Software.
Developer Product means Your own computer product that incorporates Derivative Software and does not substantially duplicate the capabilities or compete with the Derivative Software or the Software. “Early Access Release Materials” means Software and/or Documentation AfterOffice identifies as “beta”, “pre-release,” “futures,” or as an “early access release.” “Internal Tools” means compatibility criteria, test suites, test tools, end user products, and other programs designed to aid in the development of, but not be incorporated in, Derivative Software Products.
Developer Product means the software product(s) of the Developer, including Extensions.

Examples of Developer Product in a sentence

  • You may publicize, issue press or blog releases of Your Developer Product only if You state that it was created using the ConnectWise API/SDK and that You in no way imply that Your Developer Products are endorsed or certified by ConnectWise.

  • You retain all worldwide right, title and interest in and to your Developer Product, excluding the Developer Network, Developer Content and Developer Tools, ConnectWise marks, and the ConnectWise Offering (and any derivative works or enhancements thereof), including but not limited to all intellectual property rights therein.

  • Within five (5) days of the expiration of each calendar month You shall submit to ConnectWise a report detailing the revenue accrued for the Developer Product during such period, if any (each, a “Royalty Report”).

  • You agree to pay additional fees if additional security reviews are required due to failure of your Developer Product to pass, or not providing all the necessary access or information required to initiate or successfully run the security review, and upon Developer Product changes or updates that require an additional security review.

  • ConnectWise may, or may have a third party, perform a security review on the Developer Product.


More Definitions of Developer Product

Developer Product means certain product offered by Developer.
Developer Product means any executable software created by Developer in which either (i) all or any portion, or (ii) any translation or derivative of all or any portion, of a Component is embedded.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.
