Developer Product means Your own applications that incorporate Derivative Software and do not substantially duplicate the capabilities or compete with the Derivative Software or the Software.

Developer Product means an application or applet developed by Developer using the Licensed Materials, provided however, Developer Product shall not include any Code from the Licensed Materials, and shall not include any derivative work based on any of the Licensed Materials.

JDA works with many application and software developers and some of their products may be similar to or compete with Extensions and/or Developer Product.
Developer agrees to incorporate a description identifying the versions of the Tools that are compatible with the Qualifying Developer Products by product name, version number and release level in Qualifying Developer Product information or documentation.
Developer further acknowledges that the support services provided under Exhibit D are primarily to assist Developer in understanding use of the Niagara Framework in connection with Developer’s development of Developer Products, but not to perform development services, and that Developer is solely responsible for its Developer Products whether or not any support services supplied under this Agreement relate in part to development of a Developer Product.
Developer may sublicense to its Resellers its right to market and distribute any Component, solely in executable form as embedded in or integrated with the Developer Product, to end-users as provided for above; provided, that no Reseller shall be granted rights in violation of or in excess of Articles 4, 5 and 6 and Sections 10.1, 10.2 and 10.11 of this Agreement.
