Developer Personnel definition

Developer Personnel means all employees of Developer or any Permitted Subcontractors involved in the performance of Services or providing Work Product hereunder.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
