Developer means any person, partnership, association, company or corporation that is the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or any land proposed to be included in a proposed development including the holder of an option to contract or purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
Developers Fee” means a bonus earned by developers that have successfully completed key events in the development process.
Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.
Researcher means a person appointed by us to carry out research into the
