Developed Properties definition

Developed Properties has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.
Developed Properties means the Subject Interests described in the Conveyance as the “Developed Properties Subject Interests”.
Developed Properties means all of the residential Developed Properties within the Development.

More Definitions of Developed Properties

Developed Properties. As the date of this Agreement, means the Properties specified on Exhibit A-1, subject to changes described in Section 6.5.
