Examples of Developed Design in a sentence

  • The Owner shall acquire all of Contractor’s right, title and interest in and to all Contractor Developed Design Technology by written assignment or as a work for hire.

  • It is expected that output specifications will be prepared on the basis of designs completed to RIBA Plan of work stage 3 – Developed Design.

  • The design by a User’s design team under this Framework will cease by the point at which the project reaches RIBA Work Stage 3 – Developed Design if no transfer is agreed.

  • Contractor hereby assigns all its right, title and interest in such Contractor Developed Design Technology to the Owner, and Contractor shall execute any documents and otherwise assist in obtaining, maintaining, or enforcing the Owner’s intellectual property rights in and to Contractor’s Developed Design Technology, as the Owner may reasonably require to preserve the Owner’s rights therein.

  • Unless directed by the Owner otherwise, Contractor may maintain a reasonable number of copies of Contractor Developed Design Technology for archival purposes only.

Related to Developed Design

  • Developed IP means Intellectual Property developed by either Party during the Term (individually or jointly) and relating to the Purpose, or any improvements, enhancements or derivative works thereof.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.
