DevCo Business definition

DevCo Business means any business now or formerly conducted by DevCo and its present and former Affiliates, other than the SpinCo Business.
DevCo Business has the meaning set forth in Section 1.81(b).
DevCo Business means the business of the DevCo Group, as at the Scheme Effective Time, excluding the ownership of the AssetCo Portfolio or the AssetCo Group.
