Determined Performance Rate definition

Determined Performance Rate means, for each Calculation Date, the Performance Rate of the Basket Stock whose Performance Rate is the highest of all Basket Stocks in the Basket on such Calculation Date.

Examples of Determined Performance Rate in a sentence

  • For all Calculation Dates occurring after such Calculation Date, the Basket Stock whose Performance Rate was used to determine the Determined Performance Rate and the Weighted Determined Performance Rate for such Calculation Date shall be removed from the Basket and its Performance Rate will no longer be determined.

  • Based on such determinations, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Determined Performance Rate and the Weighted Determined Performance Rate for such Calculation Date.

  • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured. PR= (Measured output in kW / Installed Plant capacity in kW * (1000 W/m2/Measured radiation intensity in W/m2).

  • Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e).

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.
