Determination Area means the area in which native title was held to exist in the Determination. To avoid doubt, the Determination Area is the same as the Agreement Area as defined in the ILUA.

• General Review and variation The State and the PBC acknowledge that this GSHA forms part of a framework (set out in the ILUA) for the way in which the State and the Government Parties will do business in the Determination Area after the Effective Date.

Determination Area means the land and waters described in Part A of Schedule 2 and shown on the plan in Part B of Schedule 2, and to the extent of any inconsistency between them, Part A of Schedule 2 prevails;
