Detailed Project Description definition

Detailed Project Description means the description submitted under s. 15(1) of the EA Act (2018); “EA Act (2018)” means the Environmental Assessment Act, SBC 2018, c. 51, as may be amended from time to time;
Detailed Project Description means the description of the Project submitted under subsection 15(1) of the EA Act;
Detailed Project Description means each written document developed and approved by the Steering Committee in accordance with Section 4(a)(ii) and Section 4(a)(ii) [DR—THIS IS THE SAME X-REFERENCE?]of this Agreement (any such agreement to be set forth in the applicable mutually- approved Steering Committee meeting minutes) setting forth a detailed description of the Research to be performed by the Researcher in the conduct of the Project. More Definitions of Detailed Project Description

Detailed Project Description means each written document developed and approved by the Steering Committee in accordance with Section 5(a)(ii) of this Agreement setting forth a detailed description of the Research to be performed in the conduct of the Project. The Detailed Project Description (the “Initial Detailed Project Description”) covering the twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2011 for the Project is attached to this Agreement as Appendix B. With respect to the Initial Detailed Project Description, the Parties agree that (i) the activities specified therein to be conducted during the six-month period beginning July 1, 2011 (except for any such activities specifically identified as requiring subsequent approval by the Steering Committee) are firm and agreed to in detail by Isis and the Foundation and (ii) the activities specified therein to be conducted during the six-month period beginning January 1, 2012 have been listed for planning purposes and are therefore estimated and agreed to by the Parties in concept; those activities are subject to further approval of the Steering Committee in accordance with this Agreement prior to their conduct by Isis.

Related to Detailed Project Description

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
