Detail part definition

Detail part as used in this field means a part that does not require a list of parts necessary to manufacture, assemble, or maintain a product. The part number does not change after it is completed.
Detail part means an article, item, or component which is an essential element of an aircraft subassembly or assembly and which is manufactured according to engineering (e.g., drawings), standards, specifications, and planning data.
Detail part means a subcomponent of an Assembly or Kit.

  • Substantial Part means properties and assets involved in any single transaction or a Series of Related Transactions having an aggregate fair market value of more than ten percent (10%) of the total consolidated assets of the Person in question as determined immediately prior to such transaction or Series of Related Transactions.

  • spare part means a separate part of an EEE that can replace a part of an EEE. The EEE cannot function as intended without that part of the EEE. The functionality of EEE is restored or is upgraded when the part is replaced by a spare part;

  • Warranted Part means any Seller proprietary component, equipment, accessory or part as installed on an Aircraft at Delivery of such Aircraft and

  • Intimate part means the sexual organ, anus, groin, or buttocks of any person, and the breast of a female.

  • Counterfeit Part means (1) an unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part, which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of the original manufacturer, or (2) a previously used Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Part which has been modified and is knowingly misrepresented as new without disclosure to Buyer that it has been previously used. Examples of a Counterfeit Part include, but are not limited to, the false identification of grade, serial number, date code, or performance characteristics. NOTE: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in DFARS 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.
