Detached bedrooms definition
Detached bedrooms means a separate incidental structure containing one (1) room only without a kitchen or sanitation facilities, designed for and intended to be used as a sleeping or living facility for family members to be used in conjunc- tion with a main structure which includes kitchen and sanitation facilities. A detached bedroom shall be located no farther than one hundred Fifty (150) feet from the main structure, and shall not exceed five hundred (500) square feet of floor area.
