Detached Accessory Building definition

Detached Accessory Building means a building separated by open space from the principal building on the same lot and having a use customarily incident to the main use of the property. Detached accessory buildings include, but are not limited to, detached garages, storage sheds, gazebos, and buildings related to the use of outdoor recreational facilities.

Related to Detached Accessory Building

  • Detached building means any building which is not physically connected to the dwelling.

  • Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation, that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.

  • Accessory building or structure means any portable, demountable or permanent structure,

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Accessory Structure (Appurtenant Structure) means a structure located on the same parcel of property as the principal structure and the use of which is incidental to the use of the principal structure. Garages, carports and storage sheds are common urban accessory structures. Pole barns, hay sheds and the like qualify as accessory structures on farms, and may or may not be located on the same parcel as the farm dwelling or shop building.
