Destruction Costs definition
Destruction Costs means the costs and expenses described in Section 6.6.
Destruction Costs means the cost to properly dispose of Scrap Inventory.

After Closing, Buyer will, at its sole cost and expense subject to the offset from the Purchase Price of the Destruction Costs, dispose of all Inventory other than the Acquired Inventory.
