Destocking definition
Destocking means you removing from your IOW, all of, most of, or a substantial number of, Products without replacing the removed Products, and/or not replacing Products that have come off your IOW due to exhaustion of stock or season change, so that the total number of Products that you have for sale on your IOW is or has been substantially reduced;
Destocking means the Supplier removing from the Portal, all of, most of, or a substantial number of, its Standard Products without replacing the removed Standard Products, and/or not replacing its Standard Products that have come off the Portal due to exhaustion of stock or season change, so that the total number Exclusive Condition: means the Exclusive Design and/or Exclusive Number and/or the Exclusivity Period and/or Exclusive Territory or such combination of the aforesaid as agreed between the Supplier and the Retailer;
