Destocking definition

Destocking means you removing from your IOW, all of, most of, or a substantial number of, Products without replacing the removed Products, and/or not replacing Products that have come off your IOW due to exhaustion of stock or season change, so that the total number of Products that you have for sale on your IOW is or has been substantially reduced;
