Destination Marks definition

Destination Marks means the trademarks registrations and applications listed on Exhibit A-2, attached hereto, under the heading “Destination Marks”.
Destination Marks means any and all of the trademarks and applications and registrations thereof listed on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, and any other trademarks consisting of or including the word “DESTINATION”, and all applications and registrations or future applications and registrations thereof in the Territory.

  • HMH is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement, with full power and authority to enforce its terms and conditions against the Licensee, but only in connection with the protection of its interests in the HMH Products, Destination Marks, and Attribution Language.

  • Licensee hereby acknowledges the importance to Licensor and its licensors (including HMH) of their reputations and goodwill and the concomitant importance of maintaining high standards of quality in their respective Destination Marks, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt brand, Rise Marks, the Rise brand, and promoting, distributing and selling the HMH Products, Customized Products, and Rise Products.

  • All use of the Destination Marks and the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt brand by Licensee will inure to the benefit of HMH.

Related to Destination Marks

  • Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • F.O.B. Destination means goods are to be delivered to the destination designated by the user which is the point at which the user accepts ownership or title of the goods. Laws of New Mexico specifically prohibit acceptance of ownership of goods in transit. Any exception to F.O.B. Destination may cause a bid to be declared nonresponsive.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • CIP (Destinations) means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
