Desktop Product definition

Desktop Product means a Product which provides services to a single user who is sited at the computer on which the Product is installed.
Desktop Product means the application which runs on one PC and which can execute maximum one (1) channel using the Run- Time Software and which is not directly connected to a telephone line.
