Desktop Fonts definition

Desktop Fonts means the fonts or font families that Adobe makes available through the On- demand Services for Customer to synchronize to Customer’s Computer solely for desktop publishing purposes (i.e., to create Customer Documents).
Desktop Fonts means the digital software data and programs that process a typeface into a format that allows the Desktop Fonts to be displayed on a device, which may be acquired by Licensee on the TypeSquare website (URL: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and any successor or country-specific sites. However in Japan, the Desktop Fonts may be acquired by Licensee on the following website: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Desktop Fonts also include any updated versions and new versions of the Desktop Fonts.
Desktop Fonts means the fonts or font families that we make available to you through the Service that you may synchronize to your Computer and use for creating Documents.

Examples of Desktop Fonts in a sentence

  • Customer may use Desktop Fonts that have been synchronized to Customer’s Computer to design and develop Customer Documents.

  • Customer may only embed those characters ( i.e., subset) of Desktop Fonts that are necessary to display, print, and view the Customer Document.

  • The Company has sufficient cash to meet its current short and mid-term funding requirements.

  • The prohibited uses above may not apply to certain components included with the Desktop Fonts that are under an open-source license.

  • Xxxx Type retains ownership in all intellectual property rights and /or holds the respective licences to perform its obligations under this agreement, including but not limited to copyrights in and to the Desktop Fonts and all trademarks, registered and unregistered, which are used in or in relation to the Desktop Fonts.

  • If You do not agree to the modified terms, your continued use of the Desktop Fonts could be in breach of the Agreement.

  • It is neither allowed to use Desktop fonts on the web nor generate Webfonts from Desktop Fonts.

  • Customer may only embed those characters (i.e., subset) of Desktop Fonts that are necessary to display, print, and view the Customer Document.

  • You may not install on Websites, link to, nor put online, any Desktop Fonts included in the Product.

  • Desktop Fonts can be installed and used on the number of computing devices and workstations specified and indicated on a receipt from the time of purchase of the Licenses (includes screens displaying information that the Licensee entered on the website where the Licensor sells Desktop Fonts).

Related to Desktop Fonts

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Cabinet radiography means industrial radiography conducted in an enclosure or cabinet shielded so that radiation levels at every location on the exterior meet the limitations specified in 641—40.26(136C).

  • Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Tablet means a solid preparation containing a single serving of THC or other cannabinoid that is intended to be swallowed whole, and that is not formulated to be chewable, dispersible, effervescent, orally disintegrating, used as a suspension, or consumed in a manner other than swallowed whole, and that does not contain any added natural or artificial flavor or sweetener.

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Web spray adhesive means any aerosol adhesive that is not a mist spray or special purpose spray adhesive.

  • Library means a code module that cannot be installed or executed separately from an Application and that is developed by You in compliance with the Documentation and Program Requirements only for use with iOS Products, Apple Watch, or Apple TV.

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

  • Filtering facepiece (dust mask) means a negative pressure particulate respirator with a filter as an integral part of the facepiece or with the entire facepiece composed of the filtering medium, not equipped with elastomeric sealing surfaces and adjustable straps.

  • Loader means any type of off-road tractor with either tracks or rubber tires that uses a bucket on the end of movable arms to lift and move material; can be also referred to as a front-end loader, front loader, skid steer loader, backhoe, rubber- tired loader, or wheeled loader.

  • Tableware means multi-use eating and drinking utensils.

  • CTS Enabled Interface means an interface between the PJM Control Area and an adjacent Control Area at which the Office of the Interconnection has authorized the use of Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (“CTS”). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Control Area shall be designated in Schedule A to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. shall be designated consistent with Attachment 3, section 2 of the Joint Operating Agreement between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. CTS Interface Bid: “CTS Interface Bid” shall mean a unified real-time bid to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.   • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • Membrane filtration means a pressure or vacuum driven separation process in which particulate matter larger than 1 micrometer is rejected by an engineered barrier, primarily through a size-exclusion mechanism, and which has a measurable removal efficiency of a target organism that can be verified through the application of a direct integrity test.
