DesignPac Acquisition definition
DesignPac Acquisition means the acquisition of the membership interests of DesignPac Gifts LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, pursuant to the Interest Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 30, 2008, by and among DPAC Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, DesignPac Gifts LLC, the Company and the founders named therein.
