Designators definition

Designators means, as applicable, any individual, entity, or group of individuals and/or entities who has the right to designate one (1) or more Board Designees for election to the Company’s Board of Directors pursuant to this Section 5.
Designators shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Designators has the meaning attributed to it in Section 6.3.

Examples of Designators in a sentence

  • In the absence of any designation from the appropriate Designator or Designators, the Board Designee previously designated by them and then serving shall be reelected if still eligible to serve as provided herein.

  • Further, for so long as the Company remains a “foreign private issuer” as defined in Rule 3b-4 under the Exchange Act, at any time the FTAC Designators have the right under this Section 2.2(c) to appoint more than one Director, at least one of the FTAC Designees shall be neither a citizen nor a resident of the United States.

  • Northwest shall have exclusive control over the use and display of all NW Identifications and Designators, and Pinnacle shall comply with all policies and guidelines of Northwest in this regard.

  • Pinnacle shall use the NW Identifications and Designators in good faith, in a dignified manner and in compliance with good trademark practice.

  • Pinnacle shall use the NW Identifications and Designators only in connection with products and services that comply with the high standards of quality associated with Northwest.

  • Pinnacle shall receive the prior written approval of Northwest for any new uses of the NW Identifications and Designators, including on any advertising and promotional materials.

  • After receipt of such notice, Pinnacle shall, as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days thereafter, commence use solely of the new NW Identifications and/or Designators and cease all use of any superseded ones.

  • All rights not expressly granted to Pinnacle hereunder are expressly reserved by Northwest, including without limitation the right to use or license others to use any NW Identifications or Designators.

  • From time to time in its sole discretion, Northwest may change any NW Identifications and/or Designators upon notice to Pinnacle.

  • From time to time in its sole discretion, Delta may change any DL Identifications and/or Designators upon notice to Pinnacle.

Related to Designators

  • Designator means a person entitled to designate the beneficiary or beneficiaries of a custodial independent retirement account.

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • TSP a telecommunications or other communications service provider, including without limitation Internet service providers and hydro companies.

  • Nonparticipating provider means a person, health care provider, practitioner, facility, or entity, acting within their scope of practice, that does not have a written contract to participate in a managed health care system's provider net- work, but provides health care services to enrollees of pro- grams authorized under this chapter or other applicable law whose health care services are provided by the managed health care system.
