Designators definition

Designators means, as applicable, any individual, entity, or group of individuals and/or entities who has the right to designate one (1) or more Board Designees for election to the Company’s Board of Directors pursuant to this Section 6.
Designators has the meaning attributed to it in Section 6.3.
Designators shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
