Designation Process definition

Designation Process means the COVID-19 Assurance and Site Designation process set out in the COVID-19 vaccination programme: 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 Site Sign-up Process for Suppliers document which is undertaken to ensure that the Designated Site meets the specified site criteria and which may be updated and amended as required from time to time and is an integral part of this ES;
Designation Process means all steps described in sections 8448.1 through 8448.15 which are required for Final Designation, including determination of eligibility, submission of an Application, Conditional Designation and Final Designation.
Designation Process means all steps required for final designation, including eligibility, preliminary application, final application, conditional designation and final designation, identified in section 8439.1(c).

Examples of Designation Process in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and for the sole purpose of establishing a Receptor Pool as provided hereunder, Arena Receptor(s) and Lilly Receptor(s), shall be designated as Collaboration Receptor(s) (Arena) or as Collaboration Receptor(s) (Lilly) as provided in this Article IV ("Designation", "Designated", or "Designation Process").

Related to Designation Process

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Random selection process means a process by which currently income-eligible households are selected for placement in affordable housing units such that no preference is given to one applicant over another except for purposes of matching household income and size with an appropriately priced and sized affordable unit (e.g., by lottery).

  • Rectification Plan Process means the process set out in Clause 38.2 (Rectification Plan Process);

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Designation has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
