Designated Storage Space means a storage space allocated to you at the Site from time to time.

Designated Storage Space means a storage space allocated to you at the Site from time to time. Fishing Rights: means the right to fish in the Lake using rod and line only but not including any right to carry away any fish from the Lake. Lake: means the part of the Site coloured green on the Plan. Membership Fee: means the fee(s) specified in the Application. Parking Area: means the parking area shown edged blue on the Plan. Plan: means the Plan attached to these terms. Site: means West Hythe Quarry as edged red on the Plan. Term: means from the Commencement Date to September.

Examples of Designated Storage Space in a sentence

  • If the Customer causes damage to the Designated Storage Space, then the Customer shall make good any damage prior to leaving the Designated Storage Space (in accordance with clause 11.1.2) and reimburse Bewl Water in relation to any cost, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred as a result of the Customer’s acts or omissions under this clause 11.2.

  • BOAT AND WATERCRAFT REGISTRATIONAll Boats and Watercraft which have previously been assigned to, and are currently being stored at, an SRCA Designated Storage Space, must be registered with Collect Associates by April 1 of each year, regardless of when an initial storage application was submitted and approved for such Boat or Watercraft.

  • Note, SRCA may assign a different SRCA Designated Storage Space to any Boat or Watercraft that has previously received approval for storage on SRCA Property.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.
