Designated Series definition

Designated Series means any series of lease-backed notes of the Issuer or any affiliate of the Issuer other than (i) the Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture or (ii) any notes issued pursuant to the Series 1999-1 Indenture, the Series 1999-2 Indenture, the Series 2000-0 Xxxxxxxxx and the Series 2001-1 Indenture, that are designated by the Issuer to be included in the sharing of Shared Collections and Other Series Shared Collections.
Designated Series means the Series of Certificates (including any Additional Investor Certificates) established pursuant to the Agreement by the Term Sheet and this Annex.
Designated Series a Series of which an Eligible Security is a part or a Designated Term Series (as defined in the Master Collateral and Intercreditor Agreement).

Examples of Designated Series in a sentence

  • The Subadviser shall have authority and discretion to select brokers and dealers to execute Designated Series transactions initiated by the Subadviser, and to select the markets on or in which the transactions will be executed.

  • The Subadviser shall keep the Fund and the Adviser informed of developments relating to its duties as Subadviser of which the Subadviser has, or should have, knowledge that would materially affect the Designated Series.

  • The Subadviser shall advise the Custodian and confirm in writing to the Fund all investment orders for the Designated Series placed by it with brokers and dealers at the time and in the manner set forth in Schedule A hereto (as amended from time to time).

  • Subject to the duty of the Subadviser and the Fund to comply with applicable law, including any demand of any regulatory or taxing authority having jurisdiction, the parties hereto shall treat as confidential all information pertaining to the Designated Series and the actions of the Subadviser and the Fund in respect thereof.

  • The Subadviser accepts its employment as a discretionary series adviser of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make investment decisions for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto and made a part hereof.


More Definitions of Designated Series

Designated Series means any series of Securities in respect of which the Series Trustee is designated and appointed to serve as Trustee hereunder in the Company Order or indenture supplemental hereto providing for the establishment of said series of Securities.
Designated Series. The term “Designated Series” shall mean any series of Debt Securities in respect of which the Separate Trustee is designated and appointed to serve as Trustee hereunder in the Officers’ Certificate or indenture supplemental hereto providing for the establishment of said series of Debt Securities.”
