Designated Recycling Acceptance Facility or “Designated Facility” means the primary facility constructed, operated, and maintained by Vendor, which will receive Acceptable Recyclable Materials for subsequent transfer, transportation, processing and marketing, and which has received all of the necessary permits to lawfully receive, process and market the Participating Member Municipalities’ Acceptable Recyclable Materials, located at [facility address] .
