Designated Platform definition

Designated Platform means the required operating environment for the Licensed Software, including all necessary hardware and software components, specified in an applicable Order Form or Documentation.
Designated Platform means the make and model of the processor and its operating system specified on Exhibit 1(a) hereto, it does not refer to a specific processor designated by serial number.
Designated Platform means the computer central processing unit ("CPU") and operating system software on which the InterWorld Software is running and is located at the site designated on Exhibit A.

Examples of Designated Platform in a sentence

  • WellSky shall provide standard support services for supporting Client’s live productive use of the Licensed Software set forth on an applicable Order Form on the Designated Platform.

  • WellSky warrants that the Licensed Software shall, without material error, perform the functions set forth in the Documentation when operated on the Designated Platform in accordance with this Agreement and the Order Form during the Warranty Period.

  • Client shall install all components of the Designated Platform required for operation of the Licensed Software, and shall complete all necessary diagnostic tests to ensure such installation of the Designated Platform is complete and successful.

  • Epic will assist You in installing and implementing the Program Property on Your Designated Platform and will assist in training Your employees, all substantially in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.

  • The Implementation Schedule will outline the expected schedule for the implementation of the Program Property on Your Designated Platform.

  • If You elect to change the Designated Platform processor manufacturer or operating system or the publisher of the Operating Environment software, [*], then Epic will license such product to You without an additional license fee.

  • Developer will provide hotline phone support and Patches and Bug Fixes for the prior Version of the Product for twelve (1 2) months after a new Version of the Product becomes available on the Designated Platform.

  • WellSky grants to Client (a) a perpetual, non-exclusive, non- transferable, license to use the Licensed Software; or (b) a limited term, non-exclusive, non- transferable, license to use the Licensed Software during the term designated in the Order Form, on the Designated Platform solely for internal business purposes and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form.

  • Client shall notify InterWorld if Client elects to transfer the Software, at no additional charge to Client: (i) to a different Client location; or (ii) from one Designated Platform to another Designated Platform, provided such new Designated Platform runs the same binary version of the Software and the same number of processors.


More Definitions of Designated Platform

Designated Platform means Sun workstations or servers running Solaris 2.4 or later.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
