WellSky shall provide standard support services for supporting Client’s live productive use of the Licensed Software set forth on an applicable Order Form on the Designated Platform.
WellSky warrants that the Licensed Software shall, without material error, perform the functions set forth in the Documentation when operated on the Designated Platform in accordance with this Agreement and the Order Form during the Warranty Period.
Client shall install all components of the Designated Platform required for operation of the Licensed Software, and shall complete all necessary diagnostic tests to ensure such installation of the Designated Platform is complete and successful.

Client shall notify InterWorld if Client elects to transfer the Software, at no additional charge to Client: (i) to a different Client location; or (ii) from one Designated Platform to another Designated Platform, provided such new Designated Platform runs the same binary version of the Software and the same number of processors.
