In the event that any proposed change involves only the addition of equipment or services to the existing Designated Intersection (as defined in EXHIBIT B) Approaches or the addition of Approaches to be covered by the terms of this Agreement, to the maximum extent applicable, the pricing terms set forth in EXHIBIT A shall govern.
After that date and only upon written request from the Customer, Redflex shall commence Approach Relocation of the Designated Intersection Approaches identified in section 5.A of this Amendment at no cost to the Customer.

Commencing on the expiration of the Warning Period for each Designated Intersection Approach, as described in Exhibit A, Customer shall be obligated to pay Redflex a fixed fee up to $6,000.00 per month for each Designated Intersection Approach (“Fixed Fee”) as full remuneration for performing all of the services contemplated in this Agreement.
With respect to the construction and installation of the Designated Intersection Approaches, any remaining work on the Upgrades began under the 2008 Agreement, and the installation of the Redflex System at such Designated Intersection Approaches, the City and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth on Exhibit B.
