Freestanding Skilled Nursing Facility definition
Freestanding Skilled Nursing Facility. (FS/NF) means any institution, place, building or agency that meets the standards of participation in Medi-Cal, which DHS has licensed and certified as a skilled nursing facility, pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Sections 51121 and 51215.
