Designated Engineer means, at any time, one or more of any of (a) W▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Petroleum Consultants, Inc., (b) C▇▇▇▇▇ G▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc., (c) Netherland, S▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc., (d) R▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Company, (e) Gruy Engineering Corporation or (f) any other petroleum engineer selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Designated Engineer means, a designated SP-ACS engineer acting as the primary interface with Customer for its internal network.
