Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.
Authorized Employee means an employee of Processor who has a need to know or otherwise access Personal Data to enable Processor to perform their obligations under this Addendum or the Agreement.

Disciplinary Action includes termination of this Agreement and suspension, expulsion and exclusion of the Student as those terms are defined in the Act. Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees for Tuition, Accommodation and miscellaneous charges, which is available from the School on request and may be updated from time to time. Homestay has the meaning as set out in the Code.
Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.

PCP means Primary Care Provider.
Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;
Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.
Managing Employee means a general manager, business manager, administrator, director, or other individual who exercises operational or managerial control over, or who directly or indirectly conducts the day-to-day operation of an institution, organization, or agency.

Designated Company means any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Administrator from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. For purposes of the 423 Component, only the Company and its Subsidiaries may be Designated Companies, provided, however that at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Designated Company under the 423 Component will not be a Designated Company under the Non-423 Component.
Designated Participant means a key Employee of the Company or any other Participating Company who is designated by the Committee in writing to participate in the Program.
