Designated Drivers definition

Designated Drivers means the persons designated to drive the Vehicle, as indicated in the Lease Schedule;

  • Any wrongful use of the Rental Vehicle in breach of the terms of this Agreement by the Designated Driver(s) shall be deemed as a breach by the Renter and LCT shall reserve the rights to claim and/or take any actions against the Renter.
