Designated CPU definition

Designated CPU means a central processing unit or file server machine as identified by the serial number and location in the Purchase Order under which a license to Licensed Software is being obtained by MCI:

Examples of Designated CPU in a sentence

  • City agrees that it will, through its best efforts, not use or permit the Licensed Software to be used in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, that would enable any other person or entity to use the Licensed Software on other than the Designated CPU or Site.

  • Designated Center means a State Development and Redevelopment Plan Center as designated by the State Planning Commission such as urban, regional, town, village, or hamlet.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Nondesignated country means a country other than the United States or a designated country. “Recovery Act designated country” means any of the following countries:

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)
