Designated Airlines definition

Designated Airlines means an airline or airlines that have been designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;
Designated Airlines means the air transport enterprises which the aeronautical authorities of one of the Contracting Parties have notified in writing to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party as being the airlines designated by it for the operation of the specified air services. The Annex to this Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the Agreement and all references to the "Agreement" shall include reference to the Annex, except where otherwise expressly provided.
Designated Airlines means the airlines specified in the N.Z.A.I.P Flight Guide as providing an aircraft stand allocation service in respect of the Domestic Apron.

  • Each Party shall ensure that the User Charges imposed or permitted to be imposed by its competent charging bodies on the Designated Airlines of the other Party for the use of airports and other aviation facilities are just and reasonable.

  • U.S.-flag air carrier means an air carrier holding a certificate under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 411.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • Air ambulance means any aircraft specifically constructed, modified, or equipped and used for the primary purpose of responding to emergency calls and transporting critically ill or injured patients whose medical flight crew has at a minimum two attendants certified or licensed in advanced life support.

  • Coach means an individual, with coaching endorsement or authorization as required by Iowa law, employed by a school district under the provisions of an extracurricular athletic contract or employed by a nonpublic school in a position responsible for an extracurricular athletic activity. “Coach” also includes an individual who instructs, diagnoses, prescribes, evaluates, assists, or directs student learning of an interscholastic athletic endeavor on a voluntary basis on behalf of a school or school district.
