Design Tools definition

Design Tools means the software applications which are either owned by Seller or a Designated Seller or are licensed to the Seller or a Designated Seller and which are identified as such in Schedule 1.1(118).
Design Tools means all design tools developed and/or utilized by Provider in performing the Services, including without limitation preexisting and newly developed software including source code, Web authoring tools, type fonts, and application tools, together with any other software, or other inventions whether or not patentable, and general non-copyrightable concepts such as website design, architecture, layout, navigational and functional elements.

  • Client may not directly or indirectly, in any form or manner, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works or otherwise disassemble or modify any Design Tools comprising any software or technology of Provider.

Related to Design Tools

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
