Design Statement definition

Design Statement means the statement of that name (or which in substance addresses the design and quality in respect of the Move On Housing to be delivered pursuant to the Agreement) submitted by the Grant Recipient in relation to the Approved Bid;
Design Statement means - A description of all key elements of the treatment plant that will be delivered to accommodate the minimum design flows and loads set for the 15-year design period of the wastewater treatment plant, together with a summary of methods that will be used to procure, deliver, supervise, commission, monitor and report on each key element and the project as a whole.
Design Statement means the statement of that name (or which in substance addresses the design and quality in respect of the Move On Housing to be delivered pursuant to the Agreement) submitted by the Lead Partner on behalf of the Consortium in relation to the Approved Bid; Development Costs means the costs relating to Site acquisition, development, repair, and/or Rehabilitation of properties and Works in relation to a Firm Scheme incurred or to be incurred in respect of such Firm Scheme by the Relevant Consortium Member in respect of the heads of expenditure set out in Part 1 to Schedule 4 or such other heads of expenditure as Homes England may in its absolute discretion agree in respect of that Firm Scheme provided that any costs falling within the heads of expenditure set out in Part 2 to Schedule 4 shall not be capable of being treated as Development Costs; Direction means a direction to the Regulator in relation to rent given by the Secretary of State from time to time pursuant to Section 197 of the HRA 2008; Disposal means a transaction the effect of which is that the legal or beneficial interest in any Move On Dwelling transfers to, becomes vested in, is leased to or reverts to another person; Domestic Abuse means, as between persons aged 16 or over who are personally connected, the occurrence of one or more of the following behaviours: physical or sexual abuse; violent or threatening behaviour; controlling or coercive behaviour; Economic Abuse; psychological, emotional or other abuse; DPF means the Disposal Proceeds Fund maintained by the each Consortium Member that is an RP Provider in accordance with the requirements of Section 177 of the HRA 2008;

Examples of Design Statement in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of a Deliverable from Flextronics in accordance with the Design Statement of Work, Customer shall have [***] to accept or reject the Deliverable.

  • For each Design Statement of Work, the parties shall agree on a schedule of design fees as may be incorporated in Exhibit 4.4 herein, by reference, or alternatively in each corresponding Design Statement of Work.

  • Each Design Statement of Work under this Agreement shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule A and shall be consecutively numbered (Design Statement of Work ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇, etc.).

  • Customer will pay Flextronics a monthly carrying fee of [***] for all Design Materials Inventory that has been held by Flextronics for longer than [***] from receipt at Flextronics’s facility and that is not covered by a purchase order backlog deliverable in the next [***] under a Design Statement of Work.

  • Subject to receiving such approval, the Licensee is to design and execute the Licensed Works in accordance with such approved Concept Design Statement and is to comply in all respects with the prevailing LUL Standards and those conditions of LUL that are notified in writing to the Licensee forming part of that approval.

  • If the parties agree to have SUPPLIER perform design work for the Products, including without limitation, process design work, such work shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 3.9. performed under a Design Statement of Work.
