Design Software definition

Design Software means the InvaderCreator(TM) Software developed by and on behalf of TWT for use in design, quality control, data collection and analysis of oligonucleotide probe sets for Invader Products, which exists as of the date of this Agreement together with any enhancements, updates, upgrades, bug-fixes thereto, in each case to the extent Controlled by TWT or its Controlled Affiliates prior to or during the Term of the Development Program.
Design Software means InterVoice-Brite's InVision software and/or other design tools at any time made available by InterVoice-Brite, that may be used to bundle or integrate GMI Products with the System and/or Software to create Integrated Systems or that may be used to design the Custom Call Flows for GMI or GMI's customers.

Examples of Design Software in a sentence

  • Unit employees in any classifications in the Public Works Department Maintenance Services Division having previous training and experience at the apprentice level in Carpentry, Welding, or in Sign Design Software and Sign Making as defined for each “Fabrication Specialty” and achieving proficiency as a “Fabrication Specialist” as defined by the Public Works Department Public Works Technician Program Guidelines will receive pay of five hundred twenty-five dollars ($525) per month above their base salary.

  • The Licensee must always: (a) ensure that only an authorized user (person who accesses and uses the Software and the Design Software under a user license) uses the Software and only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, (b) ensure that the Software is not used for rental, timesharing, subscription service, hosting or outsourcing.

  • The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that if the Licensee breaches this ▇▇▇▇ because of which BIM Project and/or any third-party owner of Design software suffers any loss, damage, cost or expense directly or indirectly relating to the breach, the Licensor or the relevant third-party owner of the Design Software may bring an action directly against the Licensee.

  • The Design Software functionalities along with the PLM solution shall be delivered by end Aug/Sep 22 in Phase 1.
