Design Scope Specification definition

Design Scope Specification means the document prepared by Owner dated which specifies the general scope of the Design Services to be performed by Design/Builder under the Contract. A copy of the Design Scope Specification is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference. The Design Services shall be performed within the time provided by the Design Schedule for the performance of Design/Builder's Design Services as provided in Section 3.8 of this Agreement.

Examples of Design Scope Specification in a sentence

  • Prior to the preparation of the Preliminary Design as required by Article 5 below, Design/Builder shall first consult in detail with Owner, and shall carefully analyze any information furnished by Owner concerning requirements of the Project, including but not limited to, any design, construction, scheduling, budgetary or operational requirements, limitations, and objectives, as well as the Design Scope Specification.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
