Design Intent definition

Design Intent. The functionality required by customer does not align with the design specifications of the product (i.e., the product is unsupported), and the issue can only be resolved through new development efforts.
Design Intent means the design intent of the Project as expressed in the Project Criteria and as further delineated in Paragraph 1.3.1, below.
Design Intent means the general intended design objectives of the Design Documents prepared by Architect and County Consultants, as described in Paragraph 1.2.1, below.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.
